Conditions

• Children classified as (under 15 yrs), adults classed as (15yrs and over)
• Rates are inclusive of GST
• Min 2-night stay at all establishments
• 50% deposit payment is required to secure all bookings
• Balance payments are due 14 days before arrival
• Cot and Highchair or booster seat available on request (Additional $10 per night)

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled outside 45 days from arrival date without any penalties.
Bookings cancelled inside 45 days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 21 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
And if a cancellation request is received less than seven days before the reservation date then a 75% cancellation fee will apply.
Unforseen circumstances may be considered on an individual basis.
