The large master bedroom has a queen bed set against two feature lights, oak inbuilt wardrobe, & dresser.

The living is semi open plan, connected to the large kitchen with openings either side of the feature convict brick fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic cook top, under bench oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The feature is the large glass top dining table with fossil base. The kitchen leads to the luxurious bathroom where there is stone top double vanity, modern freestanding bath, and large Rolls Royce shower system. The private courtyard area and barbeque are to the rear of the kitchen, the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The house is environmentally friendly with natural gas instant hot water and gas flame effects feature heater. Parking is safe and secure with off street parking. There is also a dedicated office nook with computer, printer, and broadband Internet connection, Austar cable TV, blue ray DVD, Mini stereo, and large full HD plasma TV.
